  1. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swedish crowns, SEK, including a VAT rate of 25 %. If necessary there will be toll charge on the products in delivery outside EU. Freight cost is added and is included in the total price. Depending on payment method additional costs might be added. Please see further information under the heading Payment. Prices can be altered depending on circumstances over which Trade Invent AB cannot decide. This might include changed prices on raw material, currency changes or an altered VAT level. Reservations against typing errors.

  1. Shipping

Shipping cost varies depending on weight on our products to give a fair shipping cost. Shipping weight is found on every products and will be summarised in the end.

  1. Purchase

When ordering, purchase agreement has been established only when Trade Invent AB has confirmed the order by an emailed order confirmation. The order confirmation is generated automatically by our database. If errors occur, for example by entering wrong price, wrong delivery time, these might be subject to manual corrections.

You must have reached the age of 18 when ordering from Trade Invent AB. If you are below this age, ask your guardian/parent to do the ordering or to contact us over the phone to confirm that the order is approved.

  1. Terms of delivery

Normal delivery time for goods in stock is 5-10 working days from the date of order. If a delivery delay should occur, we will communicate this by email. The customer is always entitled to cancel the order by delivery delays. No compensation liabilities by delivery delays.

  1. Transport risks

Trade Invent AB stands the transport risk from our warehouse to the indicated delivery address. That is, we take on the costs for damaged or lost goods. Please save the packaging material if you need to make a claim with the freight company when transport damage has occurred. The customer stands the risk when returning goods to Trade Invent AB.

  1. Partial deliveries

Should one of the products in an order have substantially longer delivery time than the remaining products in that order, Trade Invent AB may consider partial deliveries. The customer never has to pay more than the originally agreed freight cost.

  1. Payment terms

Payment can be made via bank/credit card, direct payment. We use Paypal for card payments. In the case of direct payment, you pay directly by logging in and transfer money via your internet bank. We offer direct payment with Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely safe. Direct payment is free of charge.

  1. Right of withdrawal and open purchase order during 2 weeks

According to the Distance Selling Regulations and the Door-to-Door Sales Act the customer has the right to withdraw the purchase, without stating a specific reason, within 2 weeks after having received the goods. This is applicable in the case the goods and its package are in the original state, that is unused, unbroken and/or undamaged. It is not permitted to use the goods but it may of course be examined carefully. A deduction is made from the reimbursement if the goods or the package is missing or damaged. Trade Invent AB applies the Distance Selling Regulations and the Door-to-Door Sales Act. The customer bears the return freight costs when referring to the right of withdrawal or an open purchase order.

  1. Complaints

We guarantee that the ordered goods are faultless at delivery. Should you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us info@fixclip.se as soon as possible but at the latest 2 weeks from the date of reception. A product that we agree has been wrongly dispatched or is damaged will of course be replaced. We will contact the customer with further instructions how to proceed.

  1. Returning consignments

Goods from Trade Invent AB will be kept for 2 weeks at your post office/access point. If you do not fetch your consignment during this time and it is sent back to Trade Invent AB, we will charge you an administrative fee; at present SEK 149. Your account will be locked for further purchases until payment has been settled.

  1. Privacy regulations, security and personal information

When you place an order with Trade Invent AB you are asked to state personal information such as name, address and telephone number. When you register as a customer and place an order you agree to that the personal information is stored by Trade Invent AB. The information is used to process the order and fulfil our obligations towards you as our customer. We also register all mutual communication by email; this in order to give you the best service possible. Trade Invent AB is entitled to hand out personal information to designated collaborators, for example credit information companies, forwarding agents or companies which provide Internet based payment solutions.
When we suspect undue use of personal information, or we need to take legal measures to protect the interests of Trade Invent AB, the collected personal information may be forwarded to the appropriate authorities or to a debt collecting agency.

According to the Swedish Personal Information Act (Personuppgiftslagen) the customer is entitled to be informed about the information gathered and stored about his- or herself. Should the gathered information be incorrect, you can demand correction.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Trade Invent AB is exempt from legal sanctions if failing to fulfil its obligations according to a specific business commitment is caused by liberating circumstances and the circumstances prevent, aggravates or delays the fulfilment.

As a liberating circumstance shall be deemed labour conflict, war, riots or other major upheaval, lightning, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, governmental regulations or other similar circumstances. In the definition of force majeure is included governmental regulations that seriously affect the market and products negatively, for example warning labelling, sales prohibition or a severe and not foreseeable dip of the market.

  1. Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of text which is stored by a web browser on the user’s computer. In our case the text is sent from the Trade Invent AB website to your computer where it is stored either in the memory (session cookie) or as a small text file (text cookie). Cookies are used for example for storing login information and remembering shopping cart contents or for session tracking when you are visiting the specific website. If you set your browser not to allow cookies you won’t be able to do purchases from our website. You can easily change this setting (“enable cookies”) in your web browser. Please note that Trade Invent AB does not use cookies to save personal information about the customers.
